Wind powered mobile phone charger

design spec

• charge phones over usb with a 5v short circuit protected dc/dc
• charge phones for 4 hours a day with 1 week in between battery being charged
• charge a 12v lead/acid battery when wind available
• protect the battery and blades from too much power with a dump load
• protect the battery from too much drain with a switchable 5v output
• measure turbine voltage in, battery voltage and charge current
• display various useful information to an interested visitor
